Gluten Free New England was created by Abby Kelly after she discovered she had a serious gluten intolerance. Like Mary, Abby was an avid baker and was devastated to find out she could not enjoy her traditional baking (and eating). But she too decided to meet the challenge head-on.
Abby’s mission is to help connect gluten-free folks with the region’s ever-growing array of safe and gluten-friendly restaurants, bakeries, artisans and businesses that are working so hard to accommodate them. She especially loves providing exposure for start-ups and small businesses.
