Can you really ever have enough chocolate? No way! And that is never more true than on Valentine’s Day.
Mary created these amazing soft gooey chocolatey cookies to celebrate, and she wanted everyone to know how easy they are to make. She makes the dough, so all you have to do is bake the cookies fresh for your sweetheart. Sweet!
Not only are these cookies totally delicious, but they also look fabulous. Choose your favorite jam or nut butter (or both) to tuck inside and celebrate #lovebychocolate with their heart shaped window top layer and gooey fillings.
Don’t worry if you don’t have a cookie cutter. In a pinch, you can use an overturned shot glass or even a knife to cut out the center to add the extra flair.
No one can tell the difference between our health-conscious dough and the traditional recipes, so you are sure to impress your Valentine with this indulgent treat. Whether you are celebrating gluten-free, vegan, sustainable, organic, or none of the above… it’s all love!

Organic fruit spread (your favorite flavor, we used raspberry)
Organic nut butter (your choice, we used peanut butter)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Open container of delicious Cacao Fudge Chip Cookie Dough. Roll rounded teaspoon full of dough into balls and place onto ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten each dough ball into a thin round disk.

When completely cool, spread a spoonful of your favorite organic fruit spread or nut butter in the center of each uncut round base cookie. Press a heart shaped round over the top to complete the cookie.
